Kerianne & Tony

May 28th, 2017

…you are my today & all of my tomorrows.

The girls here at the Golden Needle had the extraordinary honor of helping this sweet bride plan her dream day with her dream guy! Kerianne came into the store and brought such warmth and joy to our bridal boutique. We first met this gorgeous bride at one of our wedding expos and we had so much helping Kerianne find the perfect dress that she could not walk away from at her one on one appointment. There is no way you can’t see the love between these two! We congratulate you both on your beautiful wedding!

Your food looked AMAZING!! Tell us what was on your menu!
We were catered with Cilantro Taco from Newberry, Fl. Our menu consisted of chicken or veggie tacos, rice and beans, and chips & salsa. To compliment our Latin flare, we served red and white sangria.

Your first dance with your new husband looked so sweet and it looked like you were so happy in that moment!
What song did you guys dance to?
The first night out with my future husband, we were listening to a mix of every kind of music imaginable. He randomly asked me this question; “Sam or Otis?” referring to Sam Cooke or Otis Redding. My pick was Sam, he’s the king of soul music! So of course we picked ‘Send Me’ by Sam Cooke.

The 2 little boys in the bow-ties and suspenders melted my heart!! How old were they and were they so excited to have a role in the wedding?
Our boys are our lives and a huge part of our love and appreciation for one another. The could not wait for the “wet-ting” as they called it. Vince was 4 and Luca was 2 at the time of the wedding. It may not be the traditional way, but I couldn’t imagine that day without them there.

Please tell us all about the feelings you were feeling walking down the aisle to your husband? Your face showed pure love & happiness!
I didn’t expect to be so nervous! We’ve been together a long time, have children and a home. For us, our life together was already happening! But when the doors opened and I saw him, it was pure joy to know the day was finally here. Before our friends, family and God we were celebrating all we had together and those who supported our unconventional way the entire time.

I loved all the colors and patterns that you showed off with the wedding decor and bridal party outfits! Were you going for a specific theme or are you that talented to make everything flow so seamlessly?
We definitely had a specific theme. We were married on his grandparents wedding anniversary. These two were the epitome of pure love, and everything my husband aspired to find for his happy ever after. They had a peach farm in South Carolina, so of course we had to use peaches.
I choose emerald green for the bridesmaids dresses because the wedding was in May and so is my birthday, making it my birthstone color.
I knew I wanted tulips because they are my favorite flower, but they were hard to find that late in the year. So I went very simple on flowers and greenery.
